The more our young people see other people who have made a commitment to the Church the more they will consider a commitment for themselves. Elements or characteristics of identity would include race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, physical attributes, personality, political affiliations, religious beliefs, professional identities, and so on.
Identity is something that you give yourself. Both adapt and change over time, but your identity changes less often, I believe. Personality is usually understood as a set of characteristics or traits that distinguishes one person from another.
