Where is godwin in the circle of magi

Of course if you sided with the templars; all mages and apprentices are gone for good When you go back to the dwarf you can tell him the mages are dead and he then fights you he drops some 10 gold I think, and you can sell the lyrium for 12 , brining the quest to an end.

My high level char made a huge profit. I bought the Lyrium for 40 gold, sold it to Godwin for 65, then extorted him for another 8, then went back to the dwarf and collected another 25 for helping him out.
